Go Figment uses text messaging for direct, one-to-one customer care. Messages may relate to product questions, orders, account updates, billing, returns, service changes, or follow-up on a support request. This text service is not used for promotional or marketing messages.

How you consent

You consent to receive customer-support text messages when you text our support number, request text support through a Go Figment website or onboarding form, or provide verbal consent to communicate by text. Your consent applies only to operational messages needed to respond to or follow up on your request. We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal information are collected strictly for 1-on-1 customer support and will never be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and support needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Go Figment does not charge a separate fee for text support. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. After you opt out, we may send one final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Go Figment through another support channel listed on our website. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to shop with us or request support through other channels.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us or reply STOP before discontinuing use of the number. Do not send payment card details, passwords, or other highly sensitive information by text.

Privacy

We use information shared through text messages to provide customer support, maintain records of your request, and operate our business. Our handling of personal information is also governed by the Go Figment Privacy Policy. We do not treat participation in a support conversation as consent to receive marketing messages.

Availability

Text support may not be available at all times. Response times are not guaranteed. For urgent matters, use another support method listed on our website. We may suspend or discontinue text support, or block messages that are abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or unrelated to customer care.
