Story Synopsis
Nancy Drew is called to Francisville by Mrs. Strook, who believes an antique stagecoach—legendary for carrying a valuable secret—is hidden in the area. The coach was reportedly stashed away by Mrs. Strook's uncle years ago to protect it from thieves, and finding it is vital to the town's future. Nancy, Bess, and George must piece together cryptic historical clues and navigate local folklore to find the lost relic.
The mystery deepens when Nancy realizes she isn't the only one on the hunt. A group of unscrupulous treasure seekers is also tracking the stagecoach, leading to sabotaged equipment and dangerous encounters. Nancy uses her sharp wit to outmaneuver her rivals and uncover the stagecoach's final resting place.
